Welcome To Pagan Pages Blog Hop In June!

First off, let me thank all the wonderful bloggers who have participated in PPBH thus far! We are so close to reaching 100 members! We might just make it this month!

If you take a look to the right you'll see some 'Ad Space' graphics. There will be much more coming in the future on these, a whole other page in fact! But if you are interested in sponsoring PPBH or would like to advertise your blog, etsy shop, website etc I hope you'll consider the opportunity to do that here. There will be more information on price schedules, timing, stats etc coming soon!

And you can help me spread the word about PPBH! If you haven't yet, maybe you can take a moment to post our snazzy button to your page! Maybe write a quick post on the PPBH or pass the link along to your online Pagan Community! The more participating Pagans and bloggers we have the greater this site will become!

Also, a quick reminder... please be considerate when posting links. Links that have unsuitable pictures will be moderated and have the picture removed. I will, when possible, replace with another, more suitable, picture from your blog. Please just keep in mind that this is a family friendly website and that all Linky pictures and descriptions need to be as well. Thanks!

Tell us a little bit about yourself. - I have been a pagan for roughly 14 or 15 years now.  Most of that has been as a solitary witch, though when I was in college I helped to form an open circle with a friend of mine.  In 2008 I moved to the South, and got frustrated trying to find any sort of pagan community to be a part of.  About a year ago I decided that enough was enough, and I started my own open circle in my city, Moon Circles NC (www.MoonCirclesNC.com).  This June marks one year that my circle has been going.  I have even started to branch out and now hold a monthly Tarot Study Group, and a monthly Pagan Night Out.  Even though I am really more of an introvert, I think I have successfully pulled off being an organizer and facilitator of something like this.

What drove you to starting your own blog? - I enjoy writing and always thought it would be cool to have a blog, but I could never think of a theme interesting enough to have a blog about.  I discovered some sites like the Pagan Blog Project and Pagan Blog Prompts and thought those would help give me direction.  I just needed a little inspiration, and away I went.

What is it that you like to blog most about? - There's no one thing I like to blog about the most.  I like to keep up with the Pagan Blog Project each week, so those topics vary.  A lot of my blog posts are about Tarot.  I also found that I enjoy reading books on pagan topics or alternative healing modalities, and then writing reviews about those books. 

Your thoughts on PPBH? -  A fantastic way to network with other pagan bloggers!  I love scrolling through the various topics each month and seeing what other people are writing about.

Anything else you'd like to add? - I just returned from attending my first pagan festival, so blog look for some blog entries this month about that.
